A global food expert, curated award-winning chef, whose culinary career expands from three-star Michelin restaurants, Five Star Hotels in Europe, Caribe Hilton Hotel, her very own food concepts and 15 yrs in R ad D of Commercial Product development.
An innovative-creative entrepreneur at heart and a degree from Brown University, she has built highly-acclaimed personal food businesses in her island Puerto Rico in a span of 20 yrs in the catering, retail/cafe, and K-12 arenas.
A move to the US, landed leading roles contributing to award-winning products in the retail and QSR areas for National and Global brands.
In these roles, her approach to food thru science, creative marketing skills and consumer sensitivity from concept to creation led to award winning products.
Personally, she is also involved in developing community organizations as a passionate for sports, health and wellness, community engagement, mentorship, education, and philanthropy.
